ICE IN BLACK, WHITE AND BLUE

I love the play with colors, shapes, structures in my photography. With this I also want to show that Mother Nature is still the best artist of all.
Especially in ice, icebergs and glaciers shows this incredible artistry as these pictures impressively prove. In these pictures I am fascinated by the interplay of the white ice, the black volcanic ash and the turquoise icy dots.
The photos were taken in the south of Iceland in diffuse rain light.
